Default W/R PvE?

ok i have been playing around with a tactics/wilderness/swords or axe build for PvE.
So far i have come up with this:

Apply Poison
Sever Artery
Gash
Deadly Riposte
Troll Unguent
Victory is mine! (Elite)
Watch yourself!
Galrath Slash

I start off with apply poison and whack a few enemies to spread it around. Then i bleed and deep wound one enemy. When my health gets low i use victory is mine, getting some mana back as well. Since this build is very low-cost mana wise i use deadly riposte liberally. I used to take serpents quickness for lower cd on victory is mine but then i realized that when i want to use ViM my hp is usually below 50%, thus deactivating serpents. Bad points: Non fleshy opponents rape this build.

For axe:

Substitute: Slash-dismember
sever-twist
deadly-cyclone
gash-rake/executioners

For the axe build the most obvious advantage is of course cyclone axe which immediately gives enemies around you poison. You could take rake instead of executioners to milk more out of ViM, or vice versa for more direct damage. The other advantage is that this axe build is better against non fleshy opponents.

What do you guys think? Any imporvements you can think of?
I have been able to solo Blessed griffons quite well with this build.
